What are the shipping times?

We take two business days to process your order and you will receive it within 7 business days of dispatch.

I want to track my order

Do not worry! you will receive a confirmation email proving that the order has been placed. Then, once the package has been shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. Contact immediately to verify that your order has not already been shipped.

My order has been canceled, what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. The item may eventually be out of stock. You should normally have been reimbursed. If this is not the case, contact us by email at support@warizi.ca in order to resolve this situation.

Item missing from the order or wrong order, what to do?

We are sorry that this is happening to you. We want to resolve this immediately. Send a photo of your order along with your invoice or proof of purchase by email to the following address:. We will investigate your request and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item to the email address: support@warizi.ca . After validation by our team, we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.


I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. In addition, pandemic situations such as COVID19, geopolitical situations etc ... could affect delivery times. You can instead track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may have with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the return is made within 15 days of the date of the order and the product (s) concerned are not on sale. .
